As Principal, Eric is a leading contributor of the continuing success of DiLeonardo. He is not only passionate about the design process, but the people and ideas that define it. He brings to DiLeonardo a well rounded and rational understanding of the hospitality industry and he strives on camaraderie and teamwork.

He carries a history and understanding of some of our founding principles and applies that knowledge to today’s marketplace and work environment. 

Eric’s mission is simple …Assess, Plan, Execute, Review, Adjust.

He focuses his efforts on managing office procedures, orchestrating project schedules and teams, and assisting with project delivery. His daily quest for a successful balance between creative thinking, exceptional design, and efficient execution, reinforces his passion for the hotel industry and his persistent desire to provide our clients with profitable and successful properties.

Eric received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the accredited Roger Williams University.  

He is an accredited LEED Professional, a registered architect, and an active member of the AIA Association. He is also a registered member of the Construction Specification Institute.

You can find him adding currency from his last trip to his third generation coin collection, or in his cellar bottling his favorite Sauvignon Blanc for next season.
