Bob DiLeonardo, founder and chairman of the award winning, architectural interior design firm, DiLeonardo International is recognized worldwide as a leader in the design and hospitality industry.

Mr. DiLeonardo has spoken at professional conferences and organizations throughout the world on a number of important topics in the hospitality industry. Mr. DiLeonardo is a member of the International Hotel Association (IHA), the American Hotel & Motel Association (AHMA); and the National Restaurant Association (NRA). In addition, his other professional affiliations include the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID); and the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ).

He is a former faculty member of Brown University, Rhode Island School of Design and the Hotel School at Johnson & Wales University. The Restaurant/Hotel Design International Platinum Circle Award was presented to Mr. DiLeonardo in recognition of his achievements in the hospitality design industry.

Mr. DiLeonardo received his Doctorate in Business Administration/Hotel Restaurant Design from Johnson & Wales University (Providence, RI). He also attended the Boston Architectural Center (Boston, MA) Harvard Graduate School of Design (Cambridge, MA); Providence College and the Rhode Island School of Design. He has been a contributor and an editor on various design topics in several international trade and design publications.

Bob has a love for outdoor sports such as skiing, horseback riding, body surfing, and marathon running. He has been an outdoor sports enthusiast all his life.
