DiLeonardo Earns HSDC Accreditation

We’re proud to announce that DiLeonardo has received the Hospitality Sustainable Design Collaborative (HSDC) Accreditation by MindClick. This milestone reflects our ongoing commitment to shaping a more sustainable future for hospitality design.

The HSDC accreditation signals to leading hospitality brands including Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, and more, that DiLeonardo is proactively aligning with sustainable design practices that support the evolving environmental goals.

We were honored to be invited by Marriott to participate in this forward-thinking initiative, which brought together leading firms across the industry to drive meaningful change. In collaboration with several hospitality leaders, MindClick hosted five educational keynote sessions covering critical topics in sustainable design, procurement, and brand accountability.

To earn firm-wide accreditation, at least one-third of our design team was required to attend the sessions. We’re proud to share that our team went beyond that requirement, demonstrating our collective dedication to learning, adapting, and leading with purpose. As hospitality brands place greater emphasis on environmental and social responsibility, this accreditation reinforces DiLeonardo’s position as a trusted partner—one that brings both design excellence and sustainability awareness to every project.
