Landmark Al Jurf Development in Dubai

The villas’ interiors, designed by DiLeonardo, capture the essence of Riviera living, where contemporary design is infused with effortless luxury. Soft neutral hues create a warm and inviting ambience, while accents of azure blues bring a refreshing connection to the canal’s striking waters. Clean lines and yacht-inspired details enhance the light and airy villas, while layers of natural textures and bespoke finishes evoke the elegance of a private retreat.

10 Design’s vision for Al Jurf’s latest phase, Naseem Al Jurf, centres around the provision of an unparalleled modern lifestyle that is closely interlinked with nature. Led by Design Principal Jason Easter, the design concept proposes a mixture of varying residential typologies, with lower-lying villas placed nearest to the canal and taller apartments located along the masterplan’s southern edge with access to garden spaces, a public boulevard, and a communal pool, enabling exclusive access to the surrounding natural landscape across the 220,000 square metre site. Paying tribute to Sheikh Zayed’s cultural and historic legacy and the founding of the UAE, Naseem Al Jurf was designed as a community that brings together people from diverse cultural backgrounds to support social cohesion. The community will consist of 111 villas, 60 townhouses, and eight apartments. These residential designs echo the traditional values embedded within the historic palace within the larger Al Jurf masterplan, such as generous spatial layouts, filtered daylight and a material palette which reflects cultural accents and hues, embodying the spirit of local heritage.
